Return Policy (For Products, if applicable)

Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date they have been delivered to the customer.

• Products must be returned with all tags attached in their original condition, along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other documents.

Refund Policy (For Products)

Once the returned product is received by Radharani Construction & Enterprise in satisfactory condition, the refund will be initiated instantly to your original payment method or chosen refund option.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (For Services)

Due to the nature of our work as a construction and infrastructure service provider, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once payment has been made and the project/service has commenced.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders for products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• For services, cancellation is possible only before work has been initiated.

• Once an order/service has been processed or materials have been procured, cancellation will not be accepted.

• Return remains possible for eligible products (not services).

Shipping & Delivery Policy (For Products)

Radharani Construction & Enterprise ships products to most locations in India.

• Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

• Delivery via reputed couriers usually takes 3–4 business days; for remote areas, delivery may take 1–2 weeks.

• Delays due to unavoidable logistics issues are beyond our control, and we request customer cooperation in such cases.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order if delivery timelines become unreasonably long or if the shipment is untraceable. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
